Our flat rate cleaning fee is $ 150 for the first two hour, if we exceed these two hours, we charge between $ 35 & $ 40 on top of our flat rate cleaning fee, per person-per hour, depending on the complexity of cleaning.
Our minimum service requirement is two hours ( 2 hours-$ 150 )
We charge for home watch sitting service between $ 50 & $ 120 per visit, depends on how many tasks it needs to be performed and the size of the property.
You can combine cleaning service with home sitting service, with this combination, you just pay for the time spent on the property. 

Customers with pets pay between $15 & $20 extra on top of final price.  
You can subscribe to a service without worrying about long-term. contracts and obligations and cancel your service at any time.
Supplies and transportation costs are included in the price for Naples, Marco Island & Bonita Springs area only, outside Naples. Marco Island & Bonita Springs, we charge an extra for transportation cost, usually $20.

There's a cancellation fee, when there's less than 24 hours prior the cleaning service, it depends on the size of the property, usually between $100 and $150.
